A drilling rig consumes chemicals on a schedule that does not negotiate. When a section needs weighting up, barite is needed in tens or hundreds of tonnes — that day, not after the next vessel clears customs. Twenty years of supplying the Gulf''s oil and gas sector has taught us that reliability is not a slogan; it is infrastructure. Here is what ours looks like.
Vessel-scale imports, local processing
The economics and security of oilfield chemical supply start at the port. We import barite ore and raw materials in bulk vessel shipments — tens of thousands of tonnes at a time — discharged into our own storage in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. Processing happens locally: grinding to API 13A specification, blending, and bagging in our own plant. The alternative — importing finished product shipment by shipment — leaves every drilling campaign exposed to freight markets and port queues.
Five warehouses, one system
Our Mussafah complex runs five warehouses, each tracked in real time in our ERP: every tonne received, issued or transferred is recorded the same day and reconciled weekly against our financial statements. When a customer calls for an urgent delivery, we are not estimating what is on the ground — we know, to the bag.
Quality control before anything leaves
Our in-house laboratory tests incoming raw materials at receipt and finished products before dispatch, against API and customer specifications. Certificates of analysis are issued only for batches that pass — a discipline now enforced by our production system, which physically cannot print a certificate for a failed batch.
Packaging under the same roof
Through our Jumbo Bags division we manufacture FIBC bulk bags in the UAE — which means packaging specification, liners and printing are handled in-house, and a change in a customer''s bagging requirement is a conversation, not a procurement cycle.
Reach across the Gulf and beyond
From Abu Dhabi and our branch in Salalah, Oman, we supply customers across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain, with export experience extending to Iraq, Egypt, India, Pakistan and North America. Road freight inside the GCC is measured in days; our stock position is measured in months of demand.
